Give Kids the World Village recently unveiled their new WonderLab and needed a unique costume for their animatronic greeter, "Sparky."
To bring this concept to life, I designed and patterned a vest along with rabbit-inspired hands and feet, ensuring the final look conveyed a robot wearing a costume—not an animatronic rabbit. The face was crafted using thermoplastic, meticulously shaped for durability and precision, with fur carefully applied to enhance Sparky’s charm.
With this custom design, Sparky is ready to welcome kids in style, adding a touch of whimsy to their WonderLab experience!
